Staff personable and professional however, scheduling the appt was poor. Referral from PCP faxed over 3 times. Each time I called they said they hadn't received it.

Melissa very friendly and worked very smoothly with the three of us that were there. Very prompt if we needed attention or go to bathroom.beds & temperature were very comfortable.
